Suppliers and contract clients share the same foundation: identity, session, log and attachments. Only the records each one sees change.
Suppliers
- View and answer their SCARs with attached evidence

- Deliver requested certificates, with due dates and expiry
Contract manufacturing clients
- View their batches, analytical status and certificate of analysis
- Receive deviation notices and acknowledge them with a signature
- You see which deviations affecting a client haven’t been communicated yet
